Reinbek

Reinbek is located just a short stroll from the heart of Lyndhurst, known as the ‘capital’ of the New Forest. Comfortably accommodating up to five guests and pet friendly, there is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. Downstairs benefits from a lounge with open fire for cosy evenings in, along with a sun room overlooking the rear garden, plus separate dining room and kitchen, offering different seating areas to relax in. Upstairs are three bedrooms with newly refitted bathroom. Outside, the beautifully planted garden can be enjoyed in every season, and there is parking on the private driveway. In addition, as part of the welcome pack, guests can enjoy a complimentary day pass to the indoor swimming pool at the nearby Forest Lodge Hotel, which is a 10 minute walk away, as is Coles Mead Recreation Ground, a fantastic public park with a football field, skate park, zip wire and keep fit equipment.

Lyndhurst is set within the New Forest National Park, and is a great base for exploring this unique area, with its free roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys. There are miles of tracks and cute villages to wander through on foot, bicycle or horseback. During the summer season, the New Forest open air tour bus also passes through the village - a great way to hop on and off wherever you choose. Lyndhurst is home to the New Forest Heritage Centre and Museum, which tells the history of the area and offers information on local walks and cycle paths, and bikes can be hired in the village. Other local attractions include the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Longdown Activity Farm, New Forest Wildlife Park, Paulton’s Park, nearby Furzey and Exbury Gardens and Calshot Activity Centre.

Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed and built-in wardrobes.

Separate WC with hand basin.

Outside:

Accessed from the garden room, the gardens are a lovely feature of Reinbek, with seasonal planting and a large lawn. A small patio has outdoor furniture for meals and drinks in the open air, and a pretty summerhouse doubles as a play room, with games table offering pool, air hockey and table football. 

Parking:

There is private parking for two cars on the driveway, and additional on street parking outside the property.

Electric vehicle charging is possible via the mains socket in the garage.

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), gas central heating, internet and Wi-Fi. Mobile reception is generally reasonable, although please check with your provider prior to booking.
Use of swimming pool: As part of the complimentary welcome pack, guests can enjoy a day pass to the indoor swimming pool at the nearby Forest Lodge Hotel, which is a 10 minute walk away.
Pets: Two dogs accepted.  Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking). Dogs must be fully house trained, well behaved and kept off the beds and furniture. Please supervise your dog in the garden and encourage them to use the dedicated toilet area where possible. Please note £30 pet charge per pet per week applies. 
Children: All ages welcome. Travel cot (please bring own cot bedding), high chair and stair gate provided.
Bicycle Storage: Available uncovered within the back garden.
Short Breaks: Available any time outside of school holidays.
Beaches: Milford on Sea, Barton on Sea, Avon Beach and Mudeford all within 10 miles (15/20 minutes by car).
Local Facilities: Plenty of café’s, restaurants and pubs within walking distance, including Thai, Indian, Italian and traditional. Tesco Express and Co-Op within a 5 minute walk. The New Forest Tour open air buses also pass through Lyndhurst.
