Teddy’s has been lovingly refurbished to provide all the comforts of home whilst holidaying in this beautiful part of the New Forest. With plenty of living space, a cosy wood burner and downstairs bedroom and bathroom, the cottage offers flexible accommodation. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and a shower room. Outside the peaceful garden has plenty of seating for both relaxing and dining, and a lawn for garden games.

Teddy’s is just a short walk from the amenities of the village of Sway and the New Forest National Park, perfect for walking, cycling or exploring on horseback. Sway is a traditional quintessential village on the southern fringes of the New Forest. You will find an independent butchers and deli/coffee shop, pharmacy, village Co-Op, two popular village pubs and a train station.  Surrounded by magnificent ancient woodland and open heathland, yet only four miles from Lymington and the Solent foreshore, a holiday cottage in Sway makes an ideal base from which to explore the New Forest and the south coast.

Teddy’s is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 3 children due to the bed configurations.

Kitchen  with built-in electric  oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and Italian Moka Pot plus cafetiere. Breakfast bar with 4 stools and stable door to outside.
Opening to lounge with comfortable seating on corner sofa and chairs, fireplace with wood burner, Smart TV with full Sky package including Netflix.
Door to conservatory with dining table seating 8, rattan sofa and French doors to rear garden.

Bedroom 1 with zip & link super-king size (6ft) bed with pull-out and up trundle bed (2ft 6), wardrobe and drawer unit, space for cot and electric fan.
Bedroom 2 with king size (5ft) bed, wardrobe, dressing table and electric fan.
Bedroom 3 with single futon for occasional use, desk and TV monitor with Nintendo Wii console.
Shower Room with walk-in shower cubicle, twin basins, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside:

The rear garden is fully enclosed with a patio area and dining set for meals al fresco. A corner sofa and egg chair offer relaxed seating and a gate leads through to a flat lawned area.

Parking for 2 cars on private driveway with further parking on the road outside.
