Due to its fantastic location, Homelands is an ideal base for those families wishing to holiday without a car. Brockenhurst rail station (which is just a few minutes’ walk from the property) is just 90 minutes from London Waterloo and with the property so centrally located all essential amenities can be found within walking distance including an array of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants in Brockenhurst village centre.

Bikes can be hired locally, with excellent public transport links travelling all over the New Forest. Covering 218 sq. miles, the New Forest is an excellent destination for walkers and cyclists with many miles of cycle paths and walkways.

The comfortable lounge/diner includes a wood burning stove, comfortable corner sofa, and extendable dining table with seating for six, landscape lighting feature, DAB Radio, 48” Smart TV, DVD, Bluetooth sound bar and Nintendo Wii with a variety of games as well as books and DVDs.
Stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1 with king size bed (5ft) with storage, dressing table TV and radio alarm clock. Hair dryer provided. En suite shower room with under floor heating, heated towel rail, walk in rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with double bed (4ft 6in), radio alarm clock, storage and dressing table. Hair dryer provided.
Bedroom 3 with twin single beds (3ft), radio alarm clock and storage.
Family bathroom with under floor heating, heated towel rail, rainfall shower head over bath, hand basin and WC.

Black out blinds are provided in each bedroom as are award winning, hypoallergenic mattresses, duvets and pillows for your comfort.

Outside:

To the rear of the property is a small, private, enclosed south facing rear garden mainly laid to lawn. Doors from the lounge open on to a patio with table, chairs and charcoal barbecue.

For a maximum of two cars on shared driveway.
