Light and bright and with plenty of worktop space. It comes fully equipped with an electric oven and grill, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine (using Nespresso pods)
The cottage supplies a range of utensils and cookware, along with cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses

A cupboard off the entrance hall with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

Found within the kitchen and furnished with a table and four chairs

This first-floor bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, side tables with lamps, a wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers

Also on the first floor, this bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe

The first-floor family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand basin, a cabinet with mirror, heated towel rail and WC
Bathroom Two
This shower room is off the kitchen on the ground floor and has a large walk-in shower, hand basin, cabinet with mirror, heated towel rail and WC

A mature, tiered garden with steps leading up to a terrace with outdoor furniture and garden bench, and a *pond
*The pond is uncovered so children and dogs will need to be supervised

Parking for one vehicle on the drive
Pet Information
If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.

Additional Information
Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.
