Tucked away off a cobbled street in the heart of The Digey, this charming four-storey cottage is just moments from St Ives’ harbour, sandy beaches, and Fore Street’s independent shops, cafés and restaurants
Living Room (First Floor)
This tastefully furnished room feels cosy and inviting with a mid-century inspired sofa and armchair, as well as an original *fireplace and Smart TV (with Freeview)

Snug (First Floor)
Off the first-floor landing at the top of the main staircase this room is furnished with a day bed/sofa but can also be used as an occasional single bed. Furniture includes a chest of drawers, mirror and Smart TV
Kitchen (Lower Ground – Half Level Down)
A lovely kitchen equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, cafetiere, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner
The back door opens directly onto the alley with easy access to the harbour
Accessed via a very steep, narrow staircase down half a level from the entrance landing. A rope assist is provided for the stairs but there is no fixed handrail
Dining Area (Lower Ground – Half Level Down)
Within the kitchen and furnished with a dining table and seating for four. A window seat with cushions is positioned beneath the front window
Bedroom One (Second Floor)

If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.
