An exceptional newly refurbished granite fisherman’s cottage on Fore Street with uninterrupted views over Newlyn Harbour and Mounts Bay
This cottage is a period dwelling and as such has a quirky feature. The floors in some of the bedrooms slope slightly from when they were was used to dry boat sails for the pilchard industry

Tatami mats are traditionally made with a compressed rice straw core and a woven soft rush grass surface. These natural materials create a firm and breathable surface that helps regulate indoor humidity by absorbing and releasing moisture. Tatami mats are also naturally fragrant and contribute to a clean, minimalist interior aesthetic

If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.

Pets: 2 pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
