Located on the first floor, the open-plan living space makes the most of its position above the estuary. Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors open fully to the balcony. Furnished with a sofa, two wicker armchairs, a Smart TV with Freeview, and a Bluetooth speaker

Kitchen
Amply equipped, the kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, *a Nespresso Krups coffee machine, and a washing machine. A central island with three stools doubles as a breakfast bar, and a Juliette balcony lets in light and fresh air. An iron, an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner are provided

Bedroom One
The spacious mezzanine bedroom on the second floor has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a desk, a mirror, a footstool, and a wardrobe. A glass panel overlooks the living room, creating a loft-style feel, with an en-suite shower room completing the space.

This large ground-floor room has stunning views over the estuary and its own private balcony. It features a super-king bed (which can be separated into twins on request), a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, two wicker chairs, a desk/dressing table, and an en-suite shower

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.
Short breaks may still be available.
