Living Room

Sumptuous and inviting, the living room has plenty of seating for eight with chairs and a large L-shaped sofa, a Smart TV (Freeview) and Xbox that also plays DVDs. There’s a coffee table, fireplace and bookshelves

Dining Area

Set to the side of the living room, the dining area features an extendable antique French table with seating for eight



Kitchen

A large, well-equipped kitchen with a gas range cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Smeg fridge freezer, and Delonghi Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine. A table and window bench seat up to eight. Shelves are stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, and plates.

Utility Room

Located on the ground floor with outside access, the utility has a ceramic sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum, iron, and ironing board.



Bedrooms

All bedrooms are accessed via two staircases off the first-floor landing.



Bedroom One (Master)

A lovely room with a king-size bed. Features include a luxury cashmere mattress and a beautiful copper freestanding bath which rests on a plinth at the far side of the room

Bedside tables, reading lamps, a wardrobe, and a chair



Bedroom Two

The second large bedroom features an ornate vintage super king size French bed, (which can be split into two singles on request) and 12 inch memory foam mattresses. Vintage silk curtains frame the window

Bedside tables with lamps, mirror, an occasional chair, and wardrobe



Bedroom Three

A romantic double room with a vintage-style metal bed and memory foam mattress. Furnished with bedside tables, a lamp, chest of drawers, mirror, and wardrobe.

Bedroom Four

A stylish room with full-size upholstered bunk beds, vintage details, a floor-to-ceiling window, set of drawers, chair, and an open wardrobe.



Bathrooms

Bathroom One (Upstairs)

This bathroom features double sinks, a freestanding nickel slipper bath with rain shower over, WC, cabinet, mirror, and heated towel rail.



Bathroom Two (Downstairs)

Located off the utility room with a large shower, traditional high-level WC, basin, cabinet, mirror, shaving point, and heated towel rail.



Master Bedroom Bath

The master bedroom also has a freestanding copper bath and heated towel rail for added luxury.



Outside

The outdoor spaces at the property are fabulous and include gardens to the front and back with grassed lawns. There’s a roofed pergola area for all-weather dining with a table and seating for eight, terraced garden seating, and another area with a luxury rattan semi-circular set with cushions.



Parking

Parking for two small cars or one large vehicle on the private drive at the back of the property, with street parking available in the area on a first-come first-served basis
