Located on the first floor, this elegant room features two contemporary sofas, a coffee table, cabinet and other occasional pieces. The room retains some original features, with deep-set windows and exposed details adding to its charm.

Positioned at street level, the kitchen is the entrance point to the cottage and is modern, light and well-equipped. It features a breakfast bar with two barstools and has fridge / freezer, electric fan oven, electric induction hob, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine

A selection of cookware, utensils, crockery and glassware is provided

Bedroom One

Positioned on the second floor, this bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and lamp, mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers and Smart TV with Freeview. The thick stone walls and window reveals give the room a peaceful, cosy feel.

Bedroom Two

Located on the top floor, this open-plan eaves bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with bedside tables and lamps, making it ideal for families. It has two Smart TVs with Freeview, exposed trusses and windows offering a view over the rooftops.

*Please note: this room is open to the stairwell with no door



Family Bathroom

Also on the second floor, the bathroom features a bath with a rain-head shower over, hand basin, mirror, heated towel rail and WC.

This property doesn’t offer parking, however Barnoon Long Stay Car Park is less than 5 minutes’ walk (about 0.2 miles)
