This property has two lovely outdoor spaces for relaxation. A private courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ (stored in the plastic store box down the side of the property). There’s an outside bench alongside the front door, and a gravel patio area to the front of the cottage.

Parking
This property offers a parking space at Brixham Garage which is a few metres down the road on the opposite side. This is an industrial site. On-street parking is also available in the area
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets: 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
