The light and bright living area which is upstairs, is open plan with the dining area and kitchen. The room features a Juliet balcony and is furnished with a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, sideboard and Smart TV with Freeview

The open plan kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

Situated on the ground floor of the lodge this bright and airy this room has French doors to the decked patio and is furnished with a super king size bed (which can be separated into twins on request) bedside tables with reading lights, wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers

Positioned on the ground floor the bathroom has a shower, heated towel rail, cabinet, mirror, hand basin and WC

One allocated space next to the lodge with on-street parking available in the area
EV charging is available at the Una Spa & Leisure car park adjacent to the lodge. The charger operates via the Monta charging app

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
