Open plan with the living room and furnished with a round glass-topped table and six chairs

Kitchen
Open plan with the living dining area, the modern, fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and grill, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Bosch pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and washer/dryer
A range of crockery, glasses, cutlery, utensils and cookware is provided

Master Bedroom
This room has access to the balcony via sliding doors and is furnished with a king size bed, a drawer unit, wall-mounted reading lamps, side tables, and an armchair

Bedroom Two (en-suite)
This lovely room has its own shower room and is furnished twin beds (which can be joined to form a king size bed on request), bedside tables, wall-mounted reading lamps, and an open storage unit

This bright bedroom is perfect for families and has bunk beds, and a writing desk and chair

The gorgeous en-suite to the second bedroom is beautifully tiled and has a walk-in shower with rain head and hand-held attachment, a hand basin and pedestal with a drawer and shelf, an LED mirror, WC and towel rail

The beach-facing balcony is accessed from the living room and master bedroom. Furnished with a table and chairs, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sea views

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Pets: 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
