This property has two balconies, one on the second floor off the dining area which is furnished with a small table and two chairs, and one on the top floor off the lounge. Both have partial sea views with glass balustrades. There is a small, unfurnished patio area at the entrance to the property

Parking
Private allocated parking space for one car with visitor spaces available on a first-come-first-served basis. There is also street parking in the area

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Solstice Beach House is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing break near the beach. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements.

Unfortunately this property does not permit Party Groups, Stag or Hen Do's

Please note that building work is taking place at a neighbouring property which may cause some noise disruption. For more information, please contact Luxury Coastal.

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
