Samson Cottage is a lovely two-bedroom bungalow with a huge garden and private field, set in the pretty village of St Mawgan, close to Cornwall's beautiful north coast.

Leading off the twin room, the separate office with a desk provides a quiet place for those who need to work during their stay

Appliances include an electric cooker and oven with grill, an electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

Outside
A huge, sunny garden with views across the hills that lies at the back of the property. A paved terrace here is furnished with an outdoor lounge suite and table. The garden is enclosed with a low fence and is accessed from the lounge / front door.
This property also provides the use of a field on the opposite side of the road. It’s the perfect space for walking the dog, picnics and games. Please note that this area isn’t secure so dogs and children will need to be supervised.

Parking
Parking for one car on the private drive to the front of the property, with a second allocated parking space located a minutes’ walk up the road. This space is marked ‘Samson’ and is for the sole use of guests staying at the property

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pets: 2 pet's permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
