This property doesn't offer any outside space however there is a bench outside by the front door – the lane is pedestrian-only so it’s a lovely place to enjoy a coffee
Parking
This property does not have its own parking
Due to the cottage’s position there is no direct road access. Guests will need to head to the pay and display car park (a two-ish minute walk away) and should have plenty of spaces for the duration of your visit. There is another (cheaper) car park called Sandy Cove, which is a 2 minute drive away in the direction of Mousehole (about an 11-minute walk). Alternatively, there is street parking around Newlyn but this, of course, cannot be guaranteed and is on a first come first served basis.

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
