Standing in the heart of the town and within a couple of minutes’ walk from the seafront, Bridge House is an original stone cottage that has been beautifully renovated to offer guests the perfect place for holidays in Newlyn

Situated on the ground floor, this beautiful and spacious room, features newly plastered chunky curved walls, a built-in window seat with cushions, and a decorative fireplace/log store

This property does not have its own parking
Guests will need to head to one of the 4 long-stay pay and display car parks in Newlyn. The closest is the Tolcarne Inn car park (approx 2 minute walk). The largest is the Newlyn Harbour Car Park, near the Penlee Lifeboat Station (a 6-ish minute walk away) and should have plenty of spaces for the duration of your visit. There is another (cheaper) car park called Sandy Cove, which is roughly 15-minutes’ walk and also St Peter's Hill Car Park, approx. 10 minute walk. Alternatively, there is street parking around Newlyn but this, of course, cannot be guaranteed and is on a first come first served basis and some are subject to day time parking restrictions including those directly outside the house.

Pet Information
If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
