Outside
A sprawling garden with a large lawn, mature shrubs and trees lies to the front of the house with a gate leading to the Saltings and SW Coastal Path. From here you can take in the wonderful views of the estuary which lies ahead.
To the back of the house there's a walled courtyard garden with gravel and this is furnished with an outdoor suite, and 6-person electric hot tub (from 11th July 2025)
Please note that while the courtyard is enclosed, the main garden isn’t so guests with dogs and children will need to keep an eye on them

Parking
Private parking for three cars can be found on the gravel drive alongside the house
There is a steep slope down to this area however additional parking can be found on the lane next to the property

Please note that a hot tub is being delivered and installed on 8th July 2025.

Pets: 2 medium sized dogs permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange an invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £300 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
