Outside

A sprawling garden with a large lawn, mature shrubs and trees lies to the front of the house with a gate leading to the Saltings and SW Coastal Path. From here you can take in the wonderful views of the estuary which lies ahead.

To the back of the house there's a walled courtyard garden with gravel and this is furnished with an outdoor suite, and 6-person electric *hot tub

Please note that while the courtyard is enclosed, the main garden isn’t so guests with dogs and children will need to keep an eye on them



*Due to neighbouring properties, hot tub usage hours are from 9am - 10pm



Parking

Private parking for three cars can be found on the gravel drive alongside the house

There is a steep slope down to this area however additional parking can be found on the lane next to the property
