An external spiral staircase leads down to a lovely garden with a faux lawn and a terrace which has seating for you can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while taking in the view. There is space to store cycles, kayaks, surfboards but guests are requested to please bring their own padlocks
A gate from the back garden leads on to the green to the back of the house, so guests can use this for easy access down to the coast

This property offers one allocated parking space. Alternatively, Pentire Headland car park is roughly ten minutes’ walk away

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pets: 2 pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
