The kitchen is beautifully designed and very spacious with a breakfast bar and 4 stools, integrated double oven and grill, an induction hob, integrated energy-efficient fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and * De Longhi Dolce Gusto coffee machine (large pods)
A range of cookware, utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery is provided

*Guests are asked to supply their own pods

The separate utility is on the first floor and houses an energy-efficient washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

The first-floor balcony is accessed from the living room and has fantastic views over the golf course to the right, the dunes and sea beyond. Furnished with two chairs
A charcoal BBQ, beach equipment and sun loungers etc are stored in a shed opposite the front entrance – there is also lock-up storage space for bodyboards, wetsuits and bikes
There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes and beach gear

Parking
This property offers three allocated parking spaces

Pets: 2 Pets accepted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Please note that the ceiling in bedroom 3 has water staining due to water leak which is now fixed. The area needs to dry out for a few weeks before the area is reassessed and repaired/repainted. This will be sorted by end of September 2024.
