An authentic St Ives cottage with tons of character means the cottage’s staircases are fairly steep and may not be suitable for some

Appliances include a microwave, gas hob, electric oven and grill, fridge (with ice box), Lavazza coffee machine, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner

*Guests are asked to bring their own pods for the coffee machine

Parking

There is no allocated parking for this property however guests may drive to front door to offload before heading up Barnoon Hill to Barnoon long stay car park

During the peak holiday months if this car park is full, the Rugby Club is a good alternative.

Good Housekeeping Bond

We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Pets: 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
