The property has lift access or can also be accessed via two internal staircases.

The kitchen is superbly spacious and has a breakfast bar with stools, integrated oven and grill, an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, *Nespresso coffee machine, wine fridge, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

A range of cookware, utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery are provided

The wraparound terrace to the side of the apartment is accessed from the dining room via sliding doors and is furnished with two outdoor sofa suites and sun loungers. This area is enclosed and isn’t overlooked

The second terrace is accessed from the living room via sliding doors and has absolutely fantastic sea views. It is furnished with and is an outdoor dining table and chairs

There is an ​outside tap just underneath the stairs for rinsing off wetsuits as well as a storage cupboard for beach gear etc



Parking

This property offers two allocated parking spaces. Harlyn Bay has a long stay car park in the village (less than 5 minutes’ walk away) which is not managed by Cornwall council - please note that there is no overnight parking permitted here.

Long stay car parking can be found 4 miles away (about 11 minutes' drive) in Porthcothan Bay. For more information please visit Cornwall Council's website

Pet Information

If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.



Also please do not let your dog go toilet on the two terrace areas. You will need to walk your dog just down the road to go toilet, towards the beach. There are two dog waste bins located just past Harlyn Surf School on the beach, by the back of Harlyn Bay Car Park.

Additional Information

Good Housekeeping Bond

We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.



Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).



Smoking is not permitted inside the property.



Pets: 1 pet allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
