Set on the upper floor this room is open-plan with the dining area and has wonderful garden views from its large windows. Central to the room is a free-standing wood burning stove

Other furnishings include both a two-seater and three-seater sofa, a coffee table, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player and music system

Kitchen

Off the dining area, the modern kitchen has double aspect windows along with ample work top space and storage units containing glasses, cutlery, crockery, mugs, cookware and utensils

Appliances include an electric cooker and oven with grill, an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, slim washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (ground coffee)

A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also provided



Dining area

Open plan with the living room and furnished with a large table and six chairs



All three bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor



Bedroom One

Light and spacious, furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp as well as a wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror



Bedroom Two

Large, attractive bedroom furnished with king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror

This room has doors leading out to the garden and is furnished with bunk beds, a wardrobe, side table and mirror

Located on the lower ground floor, featuring a bathtub with shower over and hand-held attachment, heated towel rail, basin, cabinet, mirror and WC

Situated upstairs with WC, basin and mirror



Outside

The private garden with views across the valley sits at the back of the property and has boxed flower beds, terraced beds and lawn which lend a lovely tranquil atmosphere. A patio area is furnished with an outdoor dining set, charcoal BBQ and chiminea. The garden is accessed via Bedroom Three or down a flight of outside stairs leading from the drive.

Fully enclosed with a gate so dogs won't need to be kept on leads, and there are plenty of walking routes in the area for more off-lead escapades
