Furnished with two sofas, and armchair and a coffee table, this room also has sliding doors to the balcony which has views over to the sea

Located on the ground floor this room features bean bag seating, a 55" Sony Smart TV and a selection of games

Positioned on the first floor and open plan with the living / dining area
The kitchen is amply equipped with a range of appliances including an electric oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher
The property also provides a kettle, toaster, cafetiere, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a selection of utensils, cookware, glasses, crockery and cutlery

To the back of the property is an enclosed lawned garden with a raised patio which is furnished with an outdoor dining suite of a table, six chairs and a parasol

The garden is accessed via a door at the back of the utility room on the ground floor

Private parking for up to three cars on the front drive and on-street parking in the area on a first come first served basis

Pets: 2 large or 3 small pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange an invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
