A lovely balcony with glass balustrade and two chairs. There are fantastic views over the cove, beach and along the coast

Parking
Private off-road parking for two cars (one in front of the other) to the front of the property. Please note that the space closest to the front door is under cover so the height is restricted and some taller vehicles will not be able to use this space. Access is via a narrow lane and manoeuvering is tight so please be aware that it is necessary to reverse back down the lane when leaving the house.
Alternatively, Sennen Cove Harbour long stay car park is a 2-minute walk from the property
Pets: 2 Pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
