The large professionally landscaped gardens are outstanding with clever zoned areas for entertaining
The rear space which is accessed from both the kitchen and lounge is attractively designed with a mix of slate paving and has a fire pit, dining table and eight chairs. To the side you’ll find a large electric hot tub
There is also a children’s play area with pergola and wood chipping base, where two swings and a circular swing chair are found

Garage
Accessed by wooden doors, the garage houses table tennis and also offers storage space for canoes, boards and wetsuits

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

2 pets accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
