This lovely cottage with its amazing location above Porthmeor Beach in St Ives, is everything you could wish for from a coastal bolthole for two

The gorgeous ground floor living area is open plan with the kitchen. The room is furnished with a pearlescent velvet two-seater sofa, an armchair, a TV cabinet with flat screen TV and occasional tables with a selection of ornaments and a driftwood lamp

The kitchen has ample work top space and storage and comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, utensils, cookware, dishes, cutlery and glasses as well as an iron and ironing board

The kitchen’s breakfast bar doubles as the dining area and is furnished with two dining stools

Situated on the upper floor of the cottage this bright and airy room has sea views over Porthmeor Beach and is furnished with a king size bed, bedside table with reading light, chest of drawers and a hairdryer

Positioned on the upper floor the bathroom has a bath with shower over, drawer cabinet, hand basin and WC.
Outside
The delightful paved front terrace is furnished with comfy rattan chairs and a drinks table, so is ideal for morning coffees or evening drinks. The terrace is completely private with a surrounding fence and gated access.

This property does not offer allocated parking however we suggest that guests park at the nearby Rugby Club which is no more than 5 minutes’ walk away

Pet Information
If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £75 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Pets: 2 Pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
