The EV charging point is by VendElectric, and charging will have associated costs as normal via their app. We kindly ask that once your vehicle is charged, that you park in your lodge car parking space to ensure the EV spaces are free for other guests on the site.

Pet Information
If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.

Roadford Lake Lodges is a resort that caters for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday in the Devon lakeside setting. It’s also perfect for gatherings making the most of the on lake activities that are available on Roadford Lake. It’s not suitable for party groups. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements.
Pets: 2 Pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
EV Charging is a communal facility and is on a first come first served basis
