Also on the ground floor and open plan with the living / dining area, the contemporary kitchen features a single electric, fan-assisted oven with integrated grill and induction hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided
Dining Room
The dining area is open plan and is furnished with a circular glass table and six upholstered dining chairs
Master Bedroom
Upstairs on the second floor, this gorgeous en-suite bedroom has its own access to a private balcony with glass balustrade. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers while for entertainment there’s a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, DAB radio and Bluetooth speaker

The private enclosed garden has an outdoor dining suite of table and chairs and is a combination of paving and artificial turf. The property offers guests the use of its body boards, beach games and wind breaks while visiting
Parking
Allocated parking for one car in the car park. Additional on street parking (seasonal restrictions apply) and a pay and display public car park close can be found at Atlantic Road car park, just 2 minutes’ walk away

1 small dog accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
