Entrance Hall
On entering the home guests are welcomed into a large double height entrance hall with a console table and offering a selection of holiday reads, and the staircase sweeping up to the living areas

Living Room
The living area lies on the upper floor of the house and is open plan with the kitchen and dining room. It offers an incredibly spacious, light-filled and beautifully furnished zone to unwind in whether for watching a movie together or for simply hanging out in. Modern furnishings and comfortable sofas along with a 58” Panasonic smart TV, Sony Bluetooth surround sound system and Phillips Blu Ray player mean there’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained even in wetter weather

Kitchen
The ultra-sleek kitchen is open plan with the living room and dining area and features ample worktop space and storage as well as an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with four barstool chairs. It is fully fitted with a range of small and large appliances including a Neff induction hob and cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere

Dining Area
Open plan with the kitchen, this area opens through bifolds out to the terrace and features a large wooden dining table with bench seating

All three bedrooms are on the ground floor, are beautifully furnished and feature high quality bedding and luxury linens

Bedroom One
Situated on the ground floor this bedroom features a super king size bed (which can be configured to two singles on request) and its own en-suite shower room. Additional furniture includes a tall chest of drawers, a dressing table with stool, bedside tables and lamps, and storage for clothes

Family Suite
The family suite is large and spacious and features a king size bed along with a snug with three comfy armchairs, a floor cushion and flat screen Smart television. A large built-in wardrobe provides ample space for storage as do the bedside tables and large chest of drawers

Bedroom Three
Located on the ground floor this bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to the front of the property through glass patio doors. Other furniture includes a chest of drawers and two bedside table with lamps

Bathroom One
The en-suite to Bedroom One this bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower with hand held shower attachments, mirror, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC

Bathroom Two
The large modern family bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has a bathtub with shower over, hand basin, mirror, heated towel rail, bidet and WC

Outside
The large, decked terrace is accessed through bifold doors from the dining room. Furnished with sun loungers and dining table with chairs, the terrace is backed by a grassy, landscaped multi-tiered garden.
Upstairs is a huge, private roof terrace with a table and chairs. The roof terrace is not overlooked and enjoys superb sea views


Challaborough Bay holiday park lies adjacent to Beachdown approximately 150 meters from the beach and offers seasonal facilities including a diner, bar, local grocery store, surf shop and an indoor swimming pool (accessible for a fee). There is also an outdoor communal shower for de-sanding wetsuits and feet.

Parking
Private parking for two cars. Please note that no camper vans, boats, or commercial vehicles are allowed.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £300 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Please note that the parking area of the property is monitored by CCTV, this does not cover the internal area of the property.

No smoking or barbecues allowed in or around the property.

Pets: 1 pet allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £35 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
