This spacious bedroom features a super king size bed that can be unzipped and separated into two single beds (must be requested at time of booking), bedside tables, bedside lamps, a mirror, chest of drawers and wardrobe hanging space

This bedroom features a double bed, a chest of drawers, a mirror, bedside tables and lamps and wardrobe hanging space
Family Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, WC, mirror and hand basin
Outside
The private, fully enclosed garden is accessed through French doors from the lounge and is a safe space for dogs to stretch their legs. It includes a paved area with mature shrubs and has an outdoor table with chairs

Private parking for one vehicle with free, on-street parking just 2 minutes’ walk away on Polmennor Drive
2 pets accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
