Also upstairs this bedroom has two single beds with high quality memory topped mattresses, a chest of drawers, a mirror, bedside tables and lamps

The bathroom is located upstairs and features a bathtub with power shower over, a vanity unit, WC, bath and heated towel rail

The private garden is spacious and enclosed and features a picnic bench for outdoor dining as well as a clay BBQ that doubles up as a fire pit and sun loungers

Additional Information
2 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £46 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £50 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
