Open plan with the living/dining area, the kitchen is equipped with an electric fan assisted oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, plates, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, selection of knives, glasses, tea towels, iron and board, cleaning aides including bin liners, first aid kit, clothes horse, high chair.

Open plan with the living room and kitchen, the dining area has a large hand-crafted dining table with bench seating and three chairs

This spacious bedroom is upstairs and features a king size bed with high quality memory topped mattresses, a large wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a mirror and hairdryer

Situated upstairs this bedroom has two single beds also with high quality memory topped mattresses, a chest of drawers, a mirror, bedside tables and lamps

The bathroom is located upstairs and features a bathtub with luxury rain head shower over with a handheld shower attachment as well, a vanity unit, WC, bath and heated towel rail

Spacious and enclosed, the private garden is laid to lawn and is surrounded by established shrubs and trees, with a picnic bench for outdoor dining, a fire bowl, sun-loungers and hot tub

Additional Information
2 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £46 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £50 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
