The room features a partially-open staircase leading up to the mezzanine level, and is open plan with the sunken kitchen / dining area
Under the window are two fabric armchairs and an occasional table
Mezzanine Landing
Accessed up the modern wooden staircase from the ground floor, this area has a sofa bed, bean bag seating and a Smart TV and Nintendo wii console
Kitchen
Located on the sunken level down three steps from ground floor, the contemporary kitchen is open plan with the lounge and incorporates the the dining area
The kitchen has granite surfaces and a range of large and small appliances including an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, electric fan-assisted oven and hob
A large freestanding fridge/freezer, as well as a coffee machine, cafetiere, toaster, kettle and microwave
An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided
Dining Area
A chunky dining table with a bench and chairs seating six guests
Family Bathroom
Located upstairs on the mezzanine off the landing area
Walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, heated towel rail, wash hand basin with mixer tap and WC
Bathroom Two
En suite to the master bedroom which comprises of freestanding bath which is located within the bedroom, separate toilet and wash basin
Master Bedroom
Located on the ground floor and accessed through the kitchen, the room is split into two levels with a ground floor portion and a king size bed located up two steps on a slightly elevated level
The room is bathed in light from the large overhead velux window and has bedside lamps, an integrated wardrobe, floor standing full height mirror and bedside tables
En suite bathroom which comprises of freestanding bath which is located within the bedroom, separate toilet and wash basin
Bedroom Two
Located on the first floor mezzanine, this room has a unique layout with its king size bed accessed up wide stairs into the 'eaves'
A large angled velux window runs the length of the bed which is sunken into the platform
Furniture includes bedside lamps, an integrated wardrobe, mirror and leather sofa bed
Outside
A rustic wooden bench on the ‘patio’ area has views towards park and the town
Parking
The apartment provides a secure allocated parking space
There is additional parking available in several local car parks, the nearest being Park Avenue long stay car park which is a 10 minute walk from the property
Weekly permits can be bought, and car charges as well as permit details and up to date costs can be found through the local council website HERE
Pets: 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £150 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
As this property is in a residential area please be considerate of your neighbours and any sound pollution in the evenings.
