Located on the first floor, this room features a double bed with side tables and lamps as well as a mirror, chest of drawers, side tables, lamps and a dressing table
Outside
The suntrap upper balcony with glass balustrade and sea views is furnished with a table and seating. There is a second terrace that is accessed through the master bedroom downstairs

Private garage for one small car (mini countryman size) located 20 yards from the property with up and over door. There is a private long stay public car park nearby where charges will apply. Please note that some car parks in Mousehole accept cash payments only.

The Parade Car Park is a privately owned facility so prices are subject to change. Please note that parking here is strictly monitored and even slight overstays are heavily fined. Please bear in mind that on-street parking is scarce as the village’s streets are very narrow.

2 Pets Allowed: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
