Ground Floor Apartment



Living Room Area

This room flows into the dining area and has ample seating that includes two leather sofas and an armchair. The room has a feature fireplace and large archways that access the kitchen and the games room.

For the those of you who love a bit of tech, there's a 65” OLED smart TV with Freeview and a games console, as well as being furnished with a coffee table and a footstool.



Kitchen

The kitchen is accessed from the lounge and features an electric fan-assisted range oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher

A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as smaller appliances that include a blender / mixer, cafetiere, toaster and kettle



Utility Room

A separate utility room accessed via the kitchen, is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner



Dining Room/Area

Incorporated into the lounge, this bright room features a large table with seating for eight



Games Room

Accessed through archway from lounge down two steps, this room features a Garlando Table Football, dartboard and Smart speaker



All bathrooms and bedrooms are accessed via the central hall which is down three steps.



Master Bedroom

The spacious master suite features its own bathroom with separate bath tub, and is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen television with Freeview, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror and a dressing room

This room has access to the rear courtyard



Bedroom Two

This room is spacious and light and is furnished with a super king size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request), a Smart television with Freeview, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror, an alarm clock and free-standing wardrobe. There is access via double doors onto the rear courtyard area.

This room can be configured to sleep an additional two children on trundle beds.

Bedroom Three

This lovely en-suite room features a double bed, clothes hanging frame, bedside tables with lamps, an alarm clock and a chest of drawers

The en suite to the master bedroom features a roll top bathtub with shower over, a separate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, W/C, mirror, shaver point and hairdryer

Parking

Allocated private parking for one vehicle, must be under 5 meters in length. If you have more than one vehicle with you, free parking can be found approximately 100m down the road but this is on a first come first served basis
