There is an EV charging point for guest use on site. We kindly ask that once your vehicle is charged, you park in your lodge car parking space to ensure the EV space is free for other guests on the site.

Parking for two cars

Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation. Property is fully fenced in and secure for pets. could let the pets off lead it's very secure, just make sure you shut the gate)

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Good Housekeeping Bond

We ask our guests for a £50 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
