Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £500 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
2 Pets allowed Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £50 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
