Parking
Parking for 1 medium sized car available in the garage integrated into the property. Guests staying at The Barns must not use the At The Beach car park.
There is also a long stay pay and display car park which is a few minutes walk away and details can be found here
* Please note, the garage is suitable for a medium size car and measures 195cm high, 230cm wide and 540cm long

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
