Outdoors
There are six steps into the building with seventeen shallow stairs to the apartment.
Communal patio at the centre of the property, with outdoor table and four chairs. Guests are not permitted to bring their own barbecue or disposable barbecue.
The garden is not enclosed.

Parking
There is one parking space in the development's car park, which is located just across from the building
There is limited additional parking in front of the building and in the triangular area to the left, which is free on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is also a long stay pay and display car park which is a few minutes' walk away and details can be found here

Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver

We ask our guests for a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 

Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £15 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
