Watersend is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
This home is laid out over three floors - a Lower Ground floor, a Ground Floor and a First Floor. The lower ground floor is an unfurnished space that can be used as a yoga studio. The ground floor is at entrance level (accessed up four steps) and this is where the main living / dining/ kitchen space is along with a family room with a king size bed and bunk beds. There are four en-suite bedrooms on the first floor (topmost floor)

Secure off street parking for 8 cars and further parking in the lay-by opposite the gates which is also owned by the house.
Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £250 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
