Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom, three-storey house is 0.5 miles from the seafront and beach. With attractive gardens for summer relaxation, it also has ample space for autumn and winter group celebrations. Perfect for exploring the North Wales coast, it is also ideal for day trips into Eryri, also known as Snowdonia. Step into this impressive group retreat to find a beautifully renovated, immaculate interior with many contemporary touches. Leave your walking boots or beach sandals in the hall then amble on into the lounge. Find a good film on the Smart TV that everyone will enjoy. Head through to the kitchen to make everyone a cup of tea to enjoy with the freshly baked Welsh cakes you have bought in Llandudno. Whip up meals in here too then enjoy them up at the breakfast bar or through in the conservatory, which doubles as a dining room. As night falls, head up to the upper levels of the house. Two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, are on the first floor, together with a twin room and the family bathroom. A splendid super-king-size bedroom is on the top floor. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs. Savour the sea air in the front or rear garden. Bubble in the hot tub and dine outside. Venture 1.5 miles from the house to take a cable car up the Great Orme to take in the views. Head 3.5 miles for a day out in Conwy, where you can visit the castle. From here, make your way into the picturesque Eryri National Park.
