Hit Rudyard Lake (2.5 miles) for an adventure on the water with kayaks or canoes. Head into the Peak District National Park (6 miles) for scenic walking trails and picnic spots. Just 11.5 miles away is the centre of Stoke-on-Trent where you can grab a drink at a trendy bar, visit the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery or treat yourself to some retail therapy.
