Within 2 miles lies the village's renowned sandy beach, inviting visitors to enjoy the sand and sea or enjoy the homecooked meals at the seafront pub. For those seeking tranquillity, a short stroll along the coast leads to the quaint Steephill Cove, 4 miles, accessible only by foot and offering a peaceful place to relax by the water, complemented by a renowned beachfront restaurant specializing in locally sourced crab dishes. Nearby, Ventnor Botanic Gardens, 2 miles, showcases a stunning array of subtropical and exotic plants thriving within the unique microclimate of the area. Upon entering this lovely cottage, you'll be greeted by the open plan yet cosy kitchen, and living room area. The cosy living room is equipped with ample comfy seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner, making it the perfect place to curl up and watch a film after a long day exploring the island. This room also features a small dining table, the ideal place to plan the day ahead over your morning coffee. The country style kitchen is well equipped to meet all your holiday needs. Heading up the narrow spiral stairs into the bedroom, you ll find a gorgeous king size room with calming décor and a lovely view of the farming fields, providing a peaceful space to unwind. Next to this main bedroom, there is a small area which acts as an extension of the main room which features a single bed, enabling this cottage to sleep three. Heading back downstairs and completing this stunning, stone cottage is a small downstairs modern bathroom with shower and WC. Moving out to the front of this lovely holiday home is a charming, cobbled courtyard complete with BBQ.

Smart TV in the lounge O. wners have upgraded the Wi Fi/internet and have moved to Starlink Satellite to provide a stable and fast internet connection. Courtyard area with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
