Embark on scenic walks right from your doorstep, with direct access to the South West Coast Path, which promises over 250 miles of captivating trails to discover. Indulge in delectable dining experiences at the nearby hotel restaurant, or venture into Lyme Regis (1.5 miles) to meander through its charming cobbled streets adorned with an array of shops, cafes, and galleries. With a selection of beaches and the Devon border just minutes away, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy, regardless of the weather. As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy hallway, providing ample room to kick off your shoes before continuing into the inviting open plan kitchen/living/dining area. This versatile space is ideal for preparing your favourite meals, unwinding in front of the Smart TV during cosy nights in, or savouring a morning coffee before setting out to explore the surrounding area. Conveniently located on the ground floor is a family shower room, ensuring easy access and added comfort for all guests. Ascending the stairs, you'll discover three thoughtfully designed bedrooms two double bedrooms and one single bedroom all designed to offer a restful night's sleep after your day of exploring. Outside the front of the property, there is a small area for you to unwind whilst listening to the sound of the birds singing with views across open woodland. You are welcome to explore the extensive shared grounds and book use of the shared outdoor pool from May to September.

Shared outdoor heated pool (available May September, weather dependent). Guests can book a 50 minute slot for the pool (maximum 1 slot per. household per day) there will be a non refundable payment of 2 per person, details of the booking system will be displayed in the property on arrival..
