Nestled in a cul de sac location, this well presented house is the perfect base for families to explore the local area, with easy access to the River Stour, perfect for walks along the river or you could grab your fishing rod and enjoy a day fishing. Christchurch has something for everybody, a riverside setting coupled with the historic Priory Church and castle ruins, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops, and easy access to the coast and countryside. It is next to the River Stour which runs directly into Christchurch Harbour and is great for paddleboarding or kayaking. Within 5 miles there is much to see, including Highcliffe, well known for its castle, Stanpit Marsh and Hengistbury Head nature reserves, Southbourne and Avon Beach along with Mudeford, which has a bustling quay and popular beach. The unspoiled beauty of the New Forest National Park is home to free roaming ponies, as well as a plethora of routes for walking and cycling. Further attractions include the Sammy Miller Museum, Lymington, Moors Valley Country Park, and Beaulieu Motor Museum, all within a 20 mile radius.
