Just a short drive to Bude, or a lovely stroll along the canal to get there, and you will find an array of shops, pubs and beaches to choose from, leaving you spoilt for choice how you will spend your days away. The sandy stretches of Summerleaze and Crooklets are wildly popular with sun seekers and surfers in the warmer months, and kids and adults alike will love the splash pool. If you’re looking to head slightly further afield, Crackington Haven is not too far, boasting a fantastic pub looking out over the beach, or continue on for the idyllic villages of Boscastle and Tintagel, with unique shops and history to be learnt around every corner. Upon entering this grand home, you immediately know you made the right choice booking such a fantastic property. The spacious lounge feature a large Smart TV with SkyTV, with plenty of comfortable soft furnishings to relax on, and a stone fireplace with wood burner (first basket of logs included), ideal for cosy evenings in during the colder months. The kitchen/diner is an impressive space, with stunning granite work surfaces and an island unit. Well-equipped with absolutely everything you could need, it comprises of two electric fan ovens, a five-burner gas hob, microwave/convector oven, a warming drawer, a large fridge/freezer with water filter and ice maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a large TV, and a fantastic dining table to seat up to twelve people. There is a separate games room, ideal for keeping busy and entertained on rainy days, which has a large TV, Nintendo Wii, and full-size pool table. One of the five bedrooms is on the ground floor, it has a king-size bed, TV, en-suite shower room with power shower and WC. Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms, all benefiting from a TV. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed with a stunning en-suite bathroom, comprising of a bath, separate large power shower and deluge shower, twin basins and WC. The next family bedroom contains a king-size bed, it also has a 3 ft. cabin bed with a full-size pull-out bed to create two full-size singles on request at time of booking, and another fantastic en-suite with power shower and body jets, and a WC. The third room has twin single beds, whilst the fourth has twin zip-and-link beds that can be made into a super-king-size on request; the two rooms share a separate shower room with power shower and WC. The outside space of this property is a superb area for relaxing in the sunshine, enjoying a morning coffee, and a spot of al fresco dining. There is a large split level patio, with garden furniture, BBQ, and the fantastic large hot tub.
