With the village of Straiton on your doorstep guests can make good use of a welcoming pub and local shops. Lovers of the outdoors will enjoy a wide choice a scenic walking trails all around, including a route to the local landmark of the Hunter Blair Monument two miles away. Culzean Castle and Country Park is just 12 miles away and promises a day of adventure through historic buildings, secret folies and hidden beaches. And whilst the glamping hut is surrounded by countryside, guests are only ever 12 miles from Scotland s West Coast that offers a rugged shoreline waiting to be explored. Inside the hut is an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner that makes for a warm and cosy space. With an elegant finish that allows natural light to flow in, the lounge s comfortable sofa and TV is the perfect spot to snuggle in for the evening, made even better by the welcoming electric fire. The kitchen offers a countryside feel and has all you need to cook your favourite recipes that can be enjoyed from the quaint dining corner of the room. Completing the ground floor is a charming shower room with a WC. When the evening is over, climb the winding wooden stairs to the delightful mezzanine with a king size bed that awaits. Outside is a private garden that makes for a very pleasant spot to relax and dine, make use of the seating that overlooks the surrounding countryside and keep warm by the fire pit. Completing the experience is a private wood fired hot tub the perfect place to enjoy the bubbles as you look up at the stars.
