Orchard Barn Little Chesterton is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
This rural cottage is set on a large plot with gardens that wrap around the house, along a quiet country lane. Enjoy exploring some pretty local villages, with lots of walking trails accessible from the property. The cottage provides a wonderful base to explore the local area with historic Oxford just 12.9 miles away. The popular village of Woodstock, home to Blenheim Palace, is well worth a visit and is 9.2 miles from the cottage. For guests looking for a bit of retail therapy, Bicester Village is 2 miles away and has a wide range of famous designer shops along with plenty of lovely places to eat. Take a day trip into the nearby Cotswolds AONB with beautiful Chipping Norton located 18.7 miles away. For motorsport enthusiasts, Silverstone Circuit is 14 miles away, home to the British Grand Prix and multiple events throughout the year. After a busy day exploring the area, head back to your wonderful rural retreat. Step into the traditional cottage and into the charming lounge. Enjoy a movie on the Smart TV or relax on the comfortable sofas in front of the roaring log burner. Continue through into the spacious kitchen/diner, a great space for your group to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catered holiday, and the dining table will comfortably seat 6. Make your way up the steel spiral staircase where you will find three bedrooms, two double and one with a small double which is suitable for one guest. One of the rooms enjoy a fantastic view across the extensive lawns and to the countryside beyond. The bathroom has a beautiful roll top bath to enjoy a soak and also a large shower for a quick refresh. Make your way onto the large patio from doors that lead out of the lounge and enjoy your secluded location in total privacy. Enjoy a meal alfresco on the garden furniture, or make use of the gas BBQ, using some of the delicious local produce you will find when out and about exploring. The large gardens wrap around the house, so there is plenty of space for a game of football or rounders, and ample space for your four legged friends to get some exercise. The private driveway has ample space for four cars and is accessed through a gate which encloses the whole property.
