It’s ideal for a large group of friends or family plus your four-legged friends and is in the pretty village of Polruan with shops, pubs, and the beach nearby and local attractions within easy reach. Head inside and go into the open-plan living space with a TV, comfy leather sofas, bean bags and large patio doors to the balcony. The bathroom and five king/twin bedrooms – two have en-suite shower rooms and they all have funky storage space – are on this floor. The Master bedroom also features a balcony with pretty views. Downstairs is the large family space, a gorgeous kitchen with stylish units and top of the range appliances, a feature island with seating, a coffee machine, comfy L-shaped sofa, and a large dining table. Patio doors lead out to the garden and there’s a handy utility room for doing laundry. Outside the kids and canines can run around the lawn in the enclosed garden. The spacious patio has comfy seating and an outdoor dining table and chairs, the perfect spot for firing up the BBQ and spending evenings under the stars. Explore the village, home to two pubs that offer a warm welcome and hearty food, a tearoom, bakery, and shop (within 1 mile). Visit the harbour-side beaches and pick up the South West Coast Path for stunning clifftop walks. Pop over the estuary to Fowey (0.5 miles by foot ferry) to explore the local restaurants, independent shops, and art galleries. Visit Charlestown harbour (10.5 miles), Looe (10 miles) and the famous Eden Project (15 miles).
