A beautifully presented family friendly cottage spread over three floors close to the centre of the quaint village of Appledore with stunning decor, a second lounge/snug, a very well-equipped kitchen, an enclosed garden with a patio, BBQ, and garden studio for work or play, this is the perfect base for enjoying Appledore and exploring North Devon with your canine companions. The luxurious cottage has been furnished to the highest standard with amazing attention to detail. The kitchen/diner is stunning, light, and bright and equipped with everything even the keenest chef could need. Relax in the beautiful lounge and play games or watch TV, head to the snug to play the piano or watch a different TV programme. There’s a handy downstairs WC and upstairs are the four gorgeous bedrooms. A double and a spacious king with a large en-suite shower room are on the first floor along with the family bathroom, the twin/king bedroom and second king, with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room are on the second floor. Go outside via the French doors in the living area for sundowners on the patio, fire up the BBQ while the kids play games on the lawn. In the large garden studio you will find a multiple games table, some play items for the younger guests with a selection of wooden garden games for all the family to enjoy in the sunshine. Also available for your use is beach furniture, including deck chairs and windbreakers. Wander past the pastel cottages to the quayside, pop out to do some shopping or for a drink (all less than 200 metres away). Catch a ferry across the estuary to Instow (1 mile) and take the pups to the estuary beach, or head to Westward Ho!’s beach, bars, shops, and amusements (2 miles). For a fun day out, The Big Sheep (4 miles), RHS Rosemoor (11.5 miles), and North Devon Wake Park (11.5 miles) are all nearby.
